SparkOS Terms of Service

By creating an account on SparkOS, you agree to these terms.

Who can use SparkOS

SparkOS is intended for use by parents (or legal guardians) on behalf of their children. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. By creating a child profile, you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to SparkOS collecting the limited data described in our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and parent PIN secret. You must use a real email address you control. You agree not to share your account or sell access to it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass our content safety systems
• Use the service for anything other than supervising your child's

experience and your own family's use

• Reverse engineer or scrape the service
• Use automated tools to send messages or generate content at scale

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account settings — no questions asked. Refunds are handled case by case; reach out to [email protected].

Content

• You own the content your child creates (drawings, stories, songs,

code). We don't claim a license to it beyond running the service for you.

• AI-generated content comes with no warranty of accuracy. We do our

best with content moderation but cannot guarantee perfection.

Liability

SparkOS is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you via email + an in-app banner whenever these terms materially change, and ask you to review and accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
